Shipping

Free Standard Ground UPS Shipping with Continental U.S. for most online storefront products.  Expedited shipping methods such as Next Day Air are available at an extra charge, please contact us for details.  Free shipping is only available on items purchased using our online store, traditional orders via email and 30 day terms are not eligible.  Shipments via Freight are not eligible for free shipping.

Payment terms Hardbox accepts credit cards via the website storefront.  Hardbox can also grant Net 30 payment terms for those who qualify.  Please contact us to complete appropriate forms and qualifications.
When will my credit card be charged? Hardbox does not charge items to your credit card until the time of shipment for in stock items.  You may notice a "Pending" charge on your account as soon as you check out.  The actual charge is not made to your credit card account until your items have shipped and Hardbox has converted the pending charge to an actual charge.  For out of stock items or items with longer leadtime than 48hrs, credit card providers only allow us to keep the card in pending mode for 5 days so we will charge your card prior to the actual shipment of longer leadtime items.
"In Stock" Items Items listed in Stock typically ship within 24-48 hours.  Items in stock may be located at the Hardbox Warehouse as well directly dropshipped from our Vendor's Warehouses. 
"Please Call for Availability These items may be be temporarily out of stock, or particular items that are not normally stocked.  Since lead times vary between vendors and even on individual products, we suggest you call or email to get the latest leadtime info.  You can still add the item to your cart and make a purchase, we will inform you of the expected delivery date after we contact the vendor.  Most products in this category are 1-3 week delivery dates.
"Custom Product, Please Call for Details" These items are typically not stocked at Hardbox or within our Vendor's warehouses.  These items may be built to order or need some customization and therefore may carry an additional lead-time outside of standard shipping time.  Please contact for details on these items to discuss delivery timeframe and customizations.
What if I don't see a particular item from one of our standard vendors? Hardbox strives to list as many products and options as possible from our standard vendors.  Some products may be customized or require special orders and may not be listed on our storefront.  However, if you don't see a product you are looking for, please call us.  If one of our standard manufacturers supplies these products, we should be able to procure that item for you.

Tax Exempt Hardbox charges State & Local taxes for Companies/Shipments in Ohio. If your company has Tax Exempt status, please contact us to submit the appropriate tax exemption certificates and we can update your status to Tax Exempt.
